Hi guys – today, I’ll be showing you my Valentine’s Day makeup tutorial using Fenty Beauty products. But first, Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope you are all having a fantastic one, whether you’re spending it with your loved one, friends and family, or it’s just gonna be you, the internet and your Vaseline tonight. I’m sure the single people know what I’m talking about. No shade tho, that was me last year — Anyways.
This Valentine’s Day I will be spending it with a special someone. Tonight’s plans is a home-cooked Italian meal, with bottle(s) of red wine, followed with a nice movie, some scented candles and much more.
Tonight I decided to do a sultry, dramatic but romantic makeup look, focusing specially on my eyes. I feel like I never really explore eye makeup. I purchased some awesome products recently and thought I’d test them out.
Here is my makeup look for Valentine’s Day. I list the products used below with links for you to shop them.
Fenty Beauty Makeup Tutorial
To begin, I moisturised my face with a moisturiser. After 3-5 minutes, I applied a primer on my face so that my makeup applies flawlessly.
Then, I used 4 pumps of foundation on my face and blended it out with a beauty blender.
Next, I applied a concealer under my eye. I waited about 1-2 minutes then I blended it out with a beauty blender. I applied a second layer with a concealer that was slightly brighter than my previous one to erase any dark circles.
After highlighting my T-Zone area, I applied a dark contour on my cheekbones, sides of my nose, and on the sides of my forehead.
After blending out my concealer and contour seamlessly with a beauty blender, I applied the loose setting powder under my eye, and my chin, using a powder brush.
I used a precise eyeliner brush and used this eyeliner gel to create a dramatic winged liner.
Here are the eye lashes I attached, using DUO lashes glue and tweezers.
I applied the Fenty Glow lipgloss on my top and bottom lip and pressed my lip together for it to blend seamlessly.
Then, I applied my favourite mascara on the market right now, to my upper and bottom lashes.
Here is the eyebrow pencil I used to fill in my brows – I highly recommend!
I used the last brown shade at the top right for my base, and black smokey shade at the bottom right for my eyeshadow look.
I applied the highlighter on the tip of my fingers to warm it up, then I blended it lightly on the tip of my nose to highlight it.
