My personal experience: I wore my leather Chanel ballet flats for a morning meeting at 9AM, errands at 12 noon and event at 4pm. By 4pm, the shaft started to dig into my ankles and I was ready to take them off. So realistically, the Chanel ballet flats in full leather are comfortable enough for a 7 hour wear.
